Design and Cost Estimation Officer

Qualification:
- Prepare comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on approved drawings and develop accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for procurement and project implementation.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Prepare architectural, engineering, and technical drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
- Experience in hotel, commercial, or property development projects is preferred and with a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.

*Candidate willing to work at Pasay City
